Shipping & Delivery

All shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. All in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. In the rare event that one of your items is out of stock, we will inform you right away with the option to refund the item from your order or ship your back ordered item at a later date. If the latter, back ordered items will be shipped upon our receipt of the product, free of charge. Back orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time simply by contacting us at webstore@mycnf.com or calling 877-299-3970 or 403-930-6363. We never substitute an alternate brand or product without your explicit permission.

Canadian Customers

All our webshop orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.  Shipping prices may vary, unless your order is placed during a Free Shipping promotion period. 

 

United States and International Customers

We regret to inform you that we are unable to place orders that ship outside Canada.


Currency & Methods of Payment

All webshop transactions are in Canadian dollars. Community Natural Foods' webshop accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express. No COD’s.

Orders delivered to all Canadian provinces and Territories are subject to 5% GST.
