Walnut Pesto Dip
Get this all-star, easy-to-follow Pesto recipe

- 1 cup Shelled Walnuts
- 1 Medium Fennel (tough core removed and coarsely chopped)
- 2 t. dry herbs de provence
- 1 t. sea salt
- 1 t. coarse pepper
- 15 basil leaves (or try mint for a change!)
- 6 anchovy fillet
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Place all ingredients in food processor.
- Serve with breads, crackers or veggies.
- Makes a great starter for salad dressing if you have any left after the company leaves!Just add more oil and the juice of a lemon over greens....yum
