Turmeric Fat Bombs

Ingredients

⅓ cup organic ground turmeric

½ tsp of finely ground black pepper

2 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp ghee, coconut oil or coconut/ghee combination

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with the unbleached parchment paper.

Put on gloves and an apron.

Melt the honey and ghee or coconut oil until melted.

In a bowl, stir together the turmeric, black pepper, and honey/coconut/ghee blend.

Use a spoon to drop pill sized ‘dough’ on to parchment lined cookie sheet. Freeze until firm, then transfer to a storage container and keep in the freezer.

Enjoy as needed/desired.
