Thyme Scented Cranberry Sauce

This sauce is so much better than store bought. Everyone will think you are so clever making it from scratch!

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup cane or sweetener of your choice

12 ounces fresh cranberries

1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried

1 tsp Dijon mustard (gf if necessary)

Pinch sea salt

Instructions

Bring water and sugar to a boil, add cranberries and simmer, stirring until berries burst (approximately 10 minutes). Stir in thyme, Dijon and salt. Cool.
