The Morning After Smoothie
1 cup coconut water
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ of a frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
1 serving of your favorite vegan protein powder
A handful of spinach or kale (stems removed)
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until well mixed. Enjoy!
Note: you may want to melt the coconut oil first if you don’t have a high powered blender.
