Sugar Free Lavender Lemonade

A subtle taste of lavender to balance the tart lemon flavour. A perfect drink to serve at your next barbeque!

Ingredients

6 cups water, divided

1/4 cup honey

3 tbsp dried lavender

2 cups for fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Over medium heat, combine 2 cups of water and bring to a low boil.  After it reaches a boil, turn heat off and stir in the honey and lavender.  Let the mixture steep for 2 hours.

Once ready, strain the liquid into your pitcher and add the remaining 4 cups of water and lemon juice.

Stir to combine, add ice cubes and serve!
