Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Another lovely way to enjoy seasonal strawberries. Simple, wholesome and delicious.

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup maple syrup, agave or honey (adjust depending on the sweetness of the berries)


Puree strawberries, yogurt and sweetener to taste in a food processor until smooth.

Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about 1 inch from the top.

 Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours.

Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.

Note - you can make these vegan/dairy free by using coconut yogurt!
