Sriracha- Maple Roasted Cashews
1 lb of roasted unsalted cashews
1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
3 tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce
1 tbsp coconut oil
sea salt to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 325°F. Place nuts on top of parchment paper lined baking sheet and add sriracha, syrup, oil and salt. Toss to coat with your fingers. Place nuts into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, tossing a few times with a spatula to make sure they don't all stick together. Once you have taken the nuts out of the oven, let them sit for about 20 minutes so they can harden up, tossing a few times while they cool.
Turmeric Roasted Cashews
2 cups roasted, unsalted cashews
3 tbsp coconut oil
5 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp cayenne powder
Pre-heat the oven to 325°F. Place nuts on top of parchment paper lined baking sheet and add Heat oven to 350F. Melt coconut oil then add turmeric, garlic, onion powder, sea salt and cayenne. Mix well. Place nuts on top of parchment paper lined baking sheet and evenly toss them with the curry mixture until thoroughly coated. Spread cashews into a single layer. Bake 7-10 minutes. Let cool fully.
