Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips
1 large bunch of organic kale
3 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP apple apple cider vinegar
Sprinkling of organic sea salt
Preheat your oven to 400
Start by slicing the kale it away from the midrib, and then cutting the kale into 1 - 2 inch size pieces.
Rinse the kale and dry it in a salad spinner. Whisk together the olive oil & apple cider vinegar and pour it over the greens. Use your hands to massage the oil mixture throughout the greens, then sprinkle with your choice of sea salt or fresh herbs.
Place the greens on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until kale is crispy.
