Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are great for easy and healthy breakfasts! By combining your ingredients the night before, you can grab them in the morning and you’re set. There are so many different ways to mix overnight oats so we’ve provided the base ingredients, followed by a few of our favourite combinations!

1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 cup rolled oats
plus your additional flavourings!

Peach Keen
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup wheat-free rolled oats
1/2 cup peach slices
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Energized Chocolate Banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
*Mix the cacao, protein powder and milk together before mixing everything else in

PB & J
1/2 cup wheat-free rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp sugar-free raspberry jam
*add chopped almonds and dried cranberries in the morning for additional crunch!



 Mix all your ingredients in a mason jar and stir to combine.
 Place in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy the next morning!  Feel free to double the recipe and make a few at a time – they will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
