Nut Free Cheese Ball

A tasty nut free version of the traditional cheese ball.

Ingredients

1 container (8 oz) cream cheese spread

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives

1/8 cup sesame seeds

1/8 cup sunflower seeds

Assorted crackers (gf if necessary)

Instructions

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese spread and sharp cheddar cheese until blended. Stir in chives and garlic powder.

Shape mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls or logs. Roll in chives, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Serve with crackers.
