Mango Kale Popsicles

Nutritious and delicious on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup water

1 cup frozen mango

1 large handful spinach stems removed

3 large leaves kale stems removed

1 lemon freshly juiced

Instructions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Place in popsicle molds and freeze. Enjoy on a warm day.
