Lunchables are the perfect solution for kid’s lunches and adults too! The store box highly processed, devoid of nutrient versions just cannot compared. Get creative to your heart’s content. Use a bento box to separate the ingredients so they stay fresh and create the “lunchable” experience.

 Be sure to include a low sugar, healthy fat treat to round out the lunch. Such things as:

Homemade low sugar granola bar with nuts or seed

Dark chocolate pieces (70% or higher)
