Feta Stuffed Lamb Burgers

Lamb and feta make an excellent pairing in these delicious burgers.

1 kg Ground Organic Lamb

1 Medium Sweet Onion Minced

1 cup Dry Day Old Bread Crumbs (Gluten Free if necessary)

2 Large Organic Eggs

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Mix well. In separate bowl mix the following:

2/3 cup good goat feta

2/3 cup pine nuts (or pumpkin seeds, walnuts etc)

1/3 cup chopped parsley

1 T. chopped Oregano


Make patties with at least 2 T of Cheese mixture in the center. (I start with surrounding the ball of cheese with the meat then flattening them on a board).

Grill to 170 degrees on medium heat. Serve with a big salad and grilled vegetables.
