Fermented Protein Pancakes

Power up your morning with these protein packed pancakes!!

2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops fermented Vegan proteins+
1 cup non-dairy milk (more if mixture is too try)
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted + more for pan
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon



Put all ingredients except blueberries in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is just smooth and the texture of pancake batter.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Grease well with coconut oil.

Add a large dollop of batter to the pan. Drop a few blueberries into the batter. Fry for 2-3 minutes until bubbles have formed on the top and underside is golden. 
Flip and continue cooking for and additional 2-3 minutes until golden and pancakes are cooked through.
