1 orange (juice and zest)

1 tsp. dijon mustard (gf if necessary)

3 tbsp. Botanica Fermented Kombucha

4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients together until vinaigrette is emulsified
