Easy Classic Hummus

Ingredients

   2 cups chickpea

    2 tsp tahini

   Juice of 1/2 lemon

   1/4 tsp salt

   1 tbsp olive oil

   3 tbsp water or vegetable stock

   1 clove garlic

   1/4 paprika

Instructions

To prepare, simply toss all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix and pulse for 10-20 seconds or until smooth
