Dill Dip

A simple, yet delicious vegetarian dill dip

3 tbsp  fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice and some zest

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp white pepper

2 tsp white onion, finely chopped

1 cup mayonnaise



  1. Mix the dill and lemon juice together to soften the dill.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients until almost smooth.
  3. Fold in lemon juice and dill.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips
