Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding

A silky smooth chocolate dessert that no one will know contains avocado


4 ripe avocados

1/4 cup organic coconut milk

4 tbsps unsweetened dark cocoa powder

3 tbsps maple syrup or honey

2 ounces of dark chocolate , melted

2 tsps vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

hemp hearts

cacao nibs


Remove skin and pit from avocados. Blend avocado flesh in a food prcessor until creamy. Then add remaining ingredients, and continue to blend, scraping down the sies of the food processor as you go. Blend until very creamy, up to 2 minutes. Top with hemp hearts and cacao nibs. will keep for 24 hours in a well-sealed container.
