Dairy Free Ranch Dressing

An easy to make and store this recipe will make you want to eat salads more often

1 cup mayonnaise (veganaise if necessary)
1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice 
½ cup unsweetened dairy alternative of your choice 
1⁄2 teaspoon dried chives 
1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley 
1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill weed 
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 
1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄8 teaspoon salt 
1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper


Mix lemon juice and milk alternative and let sit for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk mixture, chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
