Dairy Free Chocolate Coconut Sundae
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao
1 tablespoon raw agave/maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
water, if needed
3 scoops coconut ice cream
¼ cup slivered almonds
Fruit of your choice such as blueberries and strawberries
To make the chocolate sauce, stir together the almond butter, cacao, agave/maple syrup and salt.
Scoop the ice cream into a dish.
Top with chocolate sauce and slivered almonds
Decorate with fruit and any other topping you might like.
