Cucumber Mango Tonic

2 Apples

2 mangos

1 large cucumber

2 stalk celery

2 handfuls baby spinach (or 2 stalks kale)

Small knob of fresh ginger root (about 1 tsp)

4 mint leaves


To prepare the fruit for juicing wash each thoroughly to remove any surface dirt. Remove the skins and pit from both mangos, core the apple, and remove the seeds from the cucumber (but not the skin).

Put all ingredients through your juicer and top up with soda water for a refreshing, bubbly tonic.
