Cream of Broccoli & Sunflower Soup
3 cups raw broccoli florets
3 cloves raw garlic
1 cup water
1 cube vegetable bouillon (gf if necessary)
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
5-6 tbsp. sunflower seed butter
salt and pepper to taste
Steam broccoli and garlic cloves with water until broccoli is tender, reserving cooking water.
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Reheat and serve.
