Community "Bullet Proof" Latte
Lovers of Bullet-proof coffee rave that it leaves you full, focused and energized for hours, crash-free.
We’ve added a few additional ingredients to the traditional recipe. The coconut milk and vanilla extract for the latte effect; the collagen and hemp hearts for some protein, and a pinch of sea salt for taste and to nourish the adrenals.
2 cups brewed coffee
3 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk
1 scoop of collagen
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 tbsp grass-fed butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Blend on high for 60 seconds, pour, top with fresh cinnamon and enjoy.
