A classic guacamole that is sure to please

2 ripe avocados
1 roma tomato
2 cloves minced garlic
1 fresh lime
1tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Mash the ripe avocado in a medium sized bowl.
- Chop the tomatoes and cilantro and mince the garlic.
- Mix well with the mashed avocado.
- Add the juice of the fresh lime and salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy with fresh veggies as a dip.
