Chocolate Chip Fermented Protein Ice Cream
1 ½ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
¼ cup fermented vegan proteins+ vanilla (bit.ly/fermentedveganprotein)
1 large splash vanilla extract
2 Tbsp coconut oil
½ cup chocolate chips
Place your ice cream churning bowl in the freezer. Allow to chill at least overnight.
In a blender add all ingredients except chocolate chip. Blend on high until smooth. Place in refrigerator covered. Chill for at least 4 3.
Once chilled, add mixture to ice cream maker and churn until about 5 minutes before ice cream is finished churning, add chocolate chips.
Transfer ice cream to a freezer safe container and freeze for about 4-6 hours until firm.
