Chocolate Chia Pudding
Adapted from the lovely OhSheGlows, this decadent-tasting yet healthy dessert if perfect for any occasion. Packed with protein, fibre, and omega-3 fatty acids, this is a delicious treat you won't feel guilty about indulging in.
1 ½ cups coconut milk (full fat)
4 TBSP. maple syrup
2 TBSP. cacao powder
1 TBSP. vanilla
1/3 cup chia seeds
Whisk all ingredients (except chia seeds) by hand, or in your blender until smooth. Stir in chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
top with love crunch and coconut whipping cream if desired.
