Breakfast Chia Seeds

Similar to Overnight Oats, make your chia seeds the night before for a fibrous grab & go breakfast!

Ingredients

1/3-1/2 cup chia seeds

1 cup non-dairy milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or other sweetener

Toppings:
handful of almonds or walnuts

handful of pumpkin seeds

tablespoon of hemp seeds

sliced apple or banana

dried fruit

 

Instructions

Mix chia seeds, non-dairy milk and cinnamon in a mason jar. Stir until well combined.

Stir in maple syrup.

Store in fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.

Top with your favourite breakfast toppins and enjoy!
