Berry Good Chia Pudding
2 cups almond milk
1 (16 ounce) package fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Puree almond milk and blueberries in a blender until smooth; pour into a bowl. Stir chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract into the blueberry puree.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
Garnish with berries or toppings of choice and serve.
