Apple Nut Butter Sandwich

Looking for a simple after school or afternoon snack? These apple sandwiches come together quickly and the sky’s the limit for toppings.

2 Apples

2-3 tbsp almond butter, homemade or bought

3 tbsp granola

handful Raisins


    Remove cores from apples and cut into ½” slices

    Spread almond butter on apple slices.

    Top with granola and raisins.

    Place another apple slice on top and gently press together or enjoy as an open-faced ‘sandwich’.

Toasted coconut
