Apple Cider Mock Sangria

This recipe is very versatile; add or subtract the fruit as you see fit.

2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider

1 cup club soda

1 bottle Q ginger ale or beer (227mL or 1 cup)

3 honey crisp apples, chopped

3 pears, chopped

1 lemon, sliced in rounds

1 oz lemon or lime juice


*Optional additions: pinot grigio white wine, white or dark rum, gin, or prosecco



1.       Combine all ingredients together and stir, stir, stir.

2.       Refrigerate for an hour or so (or longer!) before serving.
