Apple Carrot Smoothie

Traditionally smoothies are sweet and fruit based. Why not try this super nutritious, slightly sweet full of veggie goodness smoothie? The Megafood booster makes this a well-rounded nutrient dense treat.

1 apple, cored and chopped

2 small carrots, chopped

1 small zucchini, chopped

Juice of 1 small lemon

1 tbsp. tahini or other seed or nut butter

1 cup water and throw two scoops of any MegaFood™ Booster


Add everything in a blender and purée until smooth. Dust with cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy.
