Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Utterly delicious, vegan and gluten free. For a nut free tropical twist use coconut flour and cashew butter

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

½ tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

½ cup almond butter

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

Combing almond flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well.

Add the almond butter and maple syrup and combine into dough and then add chocolate chips.

Use a tablespoon to measure out the cookie dough.

Roll into dough into balls and flatten with a fork.

Bake for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
