2 Ingredient Almond Butter

2-3 cups roasted or unroasted almonds

a pinch of salt

optional items: cinnamon, honey, coconut oil


Place the almonds in a food processor. The almonds will try to butter quicker if they have more room so make sure not to overfill the bowl. Process for 5 minutes. You will begin to see the almonds turn into a crumbly dry crumb; scrape the sides and continue to process for another 3-5 minutes. Scrape the sides again and process for another 3-5 minutes. The longer you process the creamier the nut butter. Transfer to a sealed glass jar and refrigerate. Will last 2-3 months.
