Recent research has confirmed that weight loss is one of the health benefits of regular nut consumption and a number of studies have linked nut consumption to life extension! Most recently, Dutch researchers (please insert link (http://ije.oxfordjournals.org/content/early/2015/05/26/ije.dyv039.abstract) found that people who ate just 10 grams of nuts each day had a 23 percent lower risk of death from any cause!  While we won’t promise you will live to 100, we will promise some great recipes and samples to get you started. Hagar will show you how to soak and sprout your nuts (and talk about why that’s important), how to make nut mylks, butters, and flours and how to expand your grain-free baking repertoire to include these wonderful superfoods.
