Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes cubed
- 1 small fennel bulb (2 cups cubed)
- 4 whole garlic cloves peeled
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- 2 T. butter
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Boil vegetables in salted water, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until tender.
- Drain. Mash with buttermilk and butter, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
- Great with any roasted saucy meat.
