Back Orders

In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately and back ordered items are shipped asap, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. Back orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time up prior to shipment by contacting us at sales@communitynaturalfoods.com or calling 877-299-3970 (1-403-252-0011ext 259 for International customers).

We never substitute an alternate brand or product.

Currency

All transactions are in Canadian dollars.

While Community Natural Foods works diligently to ensure that it follows all national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of nutritional supplements, it is the sole responsibility of customers outside of Canada to ensure the import of these products is in compliance with the rules and regulations of their jurisdiction.

Methods of Payment

Purchases can be made through the website, by telephone or via fax.

We are happy to accept Visa or Mastercard from all our customers plus cheque or money orders from our Canadian customers. Sorry, no COD’s.

For payment by cheque, products will not be released until the cheque has been deposited and cleared by the appropriate bank (usually 3 to 5 days)

Misprints

Occasionally misprints occur on printed material, email promotions and on our web pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake.

Sales Tax

Orders delivered to all Canadian provinces and Territories are subject to 5% GST. Community Natural Foods does not collect nor remit taxes on U.S. or International orders.

Turnaround Time

All in stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
