PROTEIN FRUIT SHAKE
 
Ingredients
1 banana
250 ml (1 cup) organic frozen blueberries (or fresh blueberries)
1 scoop (20 grams) soya/protein powder
10 ml (2 tsp) hemp seed oil
250 – 500 ml (1 - 2 cups) water, depending on thickness desired
 
Preparation
Blend everything together in a blender.
